Welcome to Your Virtual Studio home streaming of classes – we will keep you moving during the crisis and beyond. We invite you to join our community and maintain your health and wellness from any location. We have provided virtual resources so you can workout, dance, and move with all your favourite instructors at all of our regular classes. We believe in creating an inclusive community where movement and music drive both physical and emotional wellbeing. With over 20 session taught LIVE from our studios direct to your lounge room, and unlimited access to our on demand library we have your exercise and wellness needs covered.

Our fresh approach to Adult Dance based fitness gives you the flexibility to workout, dance like no-one is watching and maintain your sanity. All our sessions are 30 minutes giving you the chance to smash it out or do a double or triple session. Your workout – Your way. We know that no other form of exercise quietens the mind, fuels the heart and strengthen the body. We have a passion for teaching, encouraging and supporting you on your wellness journey.
